Easy Payment

Tired of window shopping?

How many times have you wanted to buy something, but couldn't pay the money upfront? Perhaps you considered a loan and changed your mind due to very high interest rates?

Well, you can go right ahead and buy what you desire with your credit card and pay for them in monthly installments with lower service charges.

Who is eligible to take up Monthly Installment Plan?

HSBC, Sampath Bank, Commercial Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Nation's Trust Bank, City Bank, DFCC Bank and American Express Credit Cardholders (excluding Debit Cardholders and Corporate Credit Cardholders) are eligible to take up this offer.

How does it work?

A wide range of products offer installment plans for credit cards.

When you order an item you must select the payment method as 'Monthly Installment Payment' and required to fill and submit the online 'Application Form for Monthly Installment Plan'.

You can buy more than one item on each installment plan. Please note that the minimum value on each individual plan should be Rs.10,000.00 while the maximum total value is up to Rs.500,000.00 within your credit limit.

Please note that that the card installment facility will be offered by BAMBA.lk for a selected range of products.

How do I pay back the monthly installments?

That's easy. Each time you purchase item(s) through the installment plan, your available balance in the credit card account will be reduced by an amount equal in value to your purchase (Item value + Service charges). However, with every monthly installment you settle, your available balance will increase by that amount.

How can I keep track of my payments?

Your credit card statement will help you keep track of your payments. The monthly installment amount will be reflected in your credit card statement along with the name of the merchant (Wasi Traders) and the installment number payable during that month.

How do I settle the installment?

You have a choice!

You can either pay your monthly installment before the date of the statement

Or

The total credit card outstanding by the payment due date. You also have the choice of paying the minimum 4% due on the total outstanding balance by the payment due date and carrying forward the balance which will be subject to the regular interest charged on a credit card account.

* Rates are subject to changes without prior notice. Please refer general terms and conditions.
