What guarantees can I get?


1. Full Refund if you don’t receive your order
You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time.

2. Refund or Keep items not as described
If your item is significantly different from the original product description, you can return the product for a full refund or can choose to get a partial refund and keep the product.

Scope of Guarantee
All products on BAMBA.lk are guaranteed to be delivered within 24 - 48 hours (In working days). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive your order on time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
(1.) Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong delivery address)
(2.) Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the site’s control (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster)
(3.) Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of BAMBA.lk

Guaranteed Protection Period
You can submit refund requests up to 48 hours after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the order details page.

(2.)  You can submit refund requests up to 48 hours after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the order details page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Terms & Conditions for return

(1.) Item / items which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again; therefore not be returned.
(2.) Item / items should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
(3.) Item / items or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
(4.) Item / items that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be taken back.
(5.) Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed or damaged can also not be returned.
